Return & Refund Policy – RIGHT FLEX

At RIGHT FLEX, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure every backpack, school bag, and handbag is checked carefully before shipping. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

👉 To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags should be intact
  • Clear photos or videos must be shared as proof

2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return request is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement product OR
  • Process a refund

👉 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Options

We offer free replacement for:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items sent
  • Manufacturing defects

👉 Please Note:

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Color preference
  • Size preference
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement at no extra cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Orders returned without original packaging
  • Change of mind after purchase

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item):

For other approved return cases:

👉 The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
